Since the aim is to foster a sweet connection together, kicking off our interactions that way from the get-go is the best way to start, even if just a little bit. There’s no pressure to go into too much detail — whatever amount of introduction that feels comfortable to you is perfectly fine with me.
Provide references if you have them
I ask for at least two references to move forward with spending time together. Ideally, these will be independent companions you have met with recently, with established, verifiable web presences.
If you don’t have references, please send your LinkedIn profile (or a company website where your full name and/or professional email is listed). Please ensure that it includes a photo of you, so I can confirm that the profile belongs to the same person that I meet in real life. Note that I may request to have our first meet begin in a public setting if you do not have references.
If possible, both options together are my favorite: 2 references and professional website / LinkedIn with photo – but just one of those two options works great too.
Without proper screening, we unfortunately won’t be able to meet. I screen everyone in order to remain safe, and to ensure that I’ll be able to be as warm and present as possible during our first time together. That being said, you are more than welcome to reach out with any questions you might have for me anytime.
After our first date, I am more than happy to act as a provider reference for you!
